All people should eat healthy food and lead a healthy lifestyle!  A fun way to do this is to follow a rainbow diet that is to eat lots of fruit and vegetables in all the colors of the rainbow. 
Red foods will help you move more, and protect from diseases. Orange foods improve brain function and help to concentrate.     Yellow foods give you optimism. Green foods help keep emotions under control. Blue products soothe emotionally and physically. Purple products are suitable for creative people.
So I can recommend you a very interesting and tasty diet.
 You need to have only one product-watermelon! With this diet you will not only get rid of the extra pounds but also get rid of toxins. However, you can not use this diet for too long, because together with harmful substances and you lose useful. And hardly anyone else can survive on such a diet for more than one week.  smile

It is very important to choose the right food nowadays. Our health depends on our life.
Most people are busy working and earning money, pupils are busy studying, but they always should have healthy eating habits.
First, we should keep on a diet and eat 3 or 4 times a day.
For breakfast it is healthy to eat porridge or molk products or drink some juice.
The second meal of the day is lunch. People eat vegetables and some salad.
The main course of the dinner is soup and fish or meat dishes.
On supper there must be a light meal because it is not good to eat much in the evening.
Healthy and balanced diet is useful for every person. It contains vitamins which helps our body fight off the infections.
In protect you from many serious ilnesses and keep youself active longer you should think of the proper diet.
When the body is healthy, the mind is healthy, too.

and we only hear - you do not need AND here, and you'd better change ONLY in ALWAYS
Thirdly- when use use - "first, senond", you can not use thirdly, only third
your health - before and after this phrase you use WE,OUR, so, I think, it would be better to say OUR HEALTH
More precisely defines food as it will work - not correctly build sentence
shape- is something physical (форма - круглая, квадратная), when we speak about problems and deseases, we'd better use "Condition"
The main rule of the diet - avoid sugar in any form - we can not omit the verb TO BE here (The main rule of the diet IS avoid sugar in any form)
on her figure - who is SHE?
but it is not always appreciate and cherish - you need participles here - appreciateD and cherishED (do you remember the Passive voice, Sasha? smile )

Protein diet in our day enjoy widespread popularity. The essence of that power is based on unlimited consumption of protein products ( lean meat, fish, eggs, cottage cheese low in fat ). This diet is virtually excludes carbohydrate-containing foods. Vegetables and fruit can be eaten in small amounts so that they contained carbohydrates are not «balanced» entering the body proteins.

1 day:

Breakfast: black coffee without sugar.

Dinner: a glass of tomato juice, hard-boiled eggs, boiled cabbage with vegetable oil.

Dinner: portion of fried or boiled fish.

2 day:

Lunch: portion of fried or boiled fish with cabbage soup or salad with vegetable oil.
